the location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops and the train station (a real plus for travellers like myself). i found the bed very comfortable. the staff provided assistance promptly when needed.
i noticed the walls seemed a bit thin, as i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The reception staff offered clear explanations about parking. They also assigned me a quiet room since i had just finished traveling! the breakfast was great, and the lady working there was very helpful. She even provided hot milk. i am already planning my next reservation here.
I could hear the people in the next room very easily. Every conversation and toilet flush came through the wall! the sound definitely impacted my sleep.

the staff were polite. one of the best breakfast i had while staying in a hotel. the staff couldn't of helped us any more.
the pillows were very thick. they were all the same. it was very noisy in the corridor outside my room in the early hours. i think there were a smell of cigarette smoke.
